New Cancellation Policy
If you don’t feel well, please cancel your appointment and I will waive the cancellation fee. In this instance, for the safety of everyone, no appointments will be accepted for two weeks, and all of your upcoming appointments will be cancelled for the next two weeks. Also, If I don’t feel well, I will cancel all appointments and I won’t see you until I am healthy.
Please help each other!
I want to help stop the spread of COVID-19. I am adding an extra 30 minutes time between appointments so there will only be one client in the spa at a time. Please don’t come early or late, so clients will avoid contact with each other. This will also give me time for extra sanitation beyond my normal sanitation procedures. Also, please don’t bring family or friends with you as the waiting area will be closed for everybody’s safety.
If you are late, your appointment time will be cut off. I can’t squeeze you in for your appointment because I want to keep 30 minutes space between appointments. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment. This is for the safety of everyone.
Green Leaves Sanitation
- I don’t re-use any tools without disinfection. I do triple Sanitation for all tools including:
- Washing with anti-bacterial soap
- Soaking in disinfectant solution
- UV Sterilizer
- All Equipment is Disinfected between clients.
- I use clean linens for each client.
- I use sanitation spray on all lashes before applying.
- I wear a Mask for all services and now I will also wear gloves.
I have been doing all of these things since 2011 (except for the gloves).

Appointments will begin and end on time. Late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
As a courtesy to other clients, appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled without a minimum of 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fees are below:

|12-24 hours||40% of the service price|
|6-12 hours||60% of the service price|
|3-6 hours||80% of the service price|
|Under 3 hours or no show||100% of the service price|
A cancellation fee must paid before you are allowed to make another appointment. If you made your appointment with a gift card, voucher or certificate, it will be forfeited. A deposit is not refundable.
If you cancel without a minimum of 48 hours notice, you are not allowed to make another appointment for 5 days.
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as cash. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
As a courtesy to our guests, children are not permitted in the spa.
