Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to end at the scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. We allow a grace period of up to 30 minutes. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.

We will wait for up to 30 minutes for your arrival. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be responsible for payment of the full service fee.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours but more than 12 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and cash.
If you plan to use a gift card, voucher, or certificate, please mention it at the time of booking to ensure proper processing.

Food

To maintain a clean and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that no food be brought into the spa.
Candy and chewing gum are permitted, but please refrain from eating full meals or snacks during your visit.

Children

We are committed to providing the best possible service in a calm and relaxing environment.  To help maintain this peaceful atmosphere, children are not permitted in the spa.
