Late Arrivals
Appointments will strictly adhere to their scheduled start and end times. Arriving late will not extend the duration of scheduled treatments. Services will only be provided for the remaining appointment time, and you will be charged the full service fee.
Cancellations
Out of consideration for our other clients, please cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. Below are our cancellation fees:
24-48 hours | 30% of the service price | ||
12-24 hours | 50% of the service price | ||
6-12 hours | 60% of the service price | ||
3-6 hours | 80% of the service price | ||
Under 3 hours or no show | 100% of the service price |
You must pay a cancellation fee before scheduling another appointment. If your appointment was booked using a gift card, voucher, or certificate, it will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation will result in a 5-day restriction from making another appointment.
Payments
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as cash. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
Children
As a courtesy to our guests, children are not permitted in the spa.
